BELDI ROOTS offers skincare, body-care products, beauty accessories and related products inspired by Moroccan beauty traditions and rituals.

Our online store is operated using Shopify's ecommerce platform.

2. Using Our Website

By using our website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or, where applicable, have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with the security, functionality or operation of our website.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the relevant amount will be refunded.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery methods, estimated delivery times and available shipping destinations are shown on our website or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Events outside our reasonable control may occasionally delay delivery.

If a significant delay occurs, your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish/EU distance-selling rules, although specific legal exceptions apply.

BELDI ROOTS does not provide an additional voluntary open-purchase or satisfaction-guarantee policy beyond the rights required by applicable law.

Where the law provides an exception for appropriately sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken, that exception may apply to relevant products.

Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:
